These Terms apply to all forms of access and use of the 444c platform, including but not limited to desktop browser access, mobile browser access, any future 444c application, and any API integration. The Terms also incorporate by reference the 444c Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are available on the platform. Where a specific bonus or promotion has its own terms, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms and prevail in the event of any conflict on matters specific to that promotion.

The fact that you continue to use the 444c platform after any update to these Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 444c will notify players of material changes via email to the registered address or via a notice within the platform. It is your responsibility to read notifications from 444c and to check these Terms periodically.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be required at any stage. 444c may request copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

All transactions at 444c are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no platform fee charged by 444c on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees as per their standard terms.

444c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned where possible.

Withdrawal processing timelines at 444c are as follows:

• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically within 1 hour of request approval.

444c reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts other than those previously used to deposit, or to accounts in a name other than the registered account holder.

Each promotion operates under its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. Players must read the terms of any bonus offer before accepting it.

All bonus funds credited to a 444c account carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement at 444c is set on a per-promotion basis and stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements express the total amount you must wager using the bonus funds before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 444c system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Sports betting results are settled according to the official result from the relevant governing body of the sport. In the event of a dispute over a result, 444c's decision, made in good faith and with reference to available official information, will be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 444c. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Creating more than one registered account at 444c.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the 444c platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds that are proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other format where player vs. player interaction exists.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to interact with the 444c platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any player who discovers such an issue must report it to 444c support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Attempting to access 444c systems, databases, or administrative tools without authorisation.
• Making deposits using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment details.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupt activity in connection with sports betting on the 444c platform.
• Using the 444c platform if you have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned.

444c cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious activity, including suspected money laundering and fraud, to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.

444c reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by legal obligation or regulatory requirement.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or multiple account abuse, 444c may freeze the account and any associated funds pending investigation. The duration of such an investigation will depend on the complexity of the matter and any cooperation from the player. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the funds held in the account may be forfeited in part or in full.

Players may close their own 444c accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance in a player-closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process, provided no outstanding issues exist on the account.

If a 444c account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal) for a period of 12 consecutive months, 444c may charge a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 or the remaining balance, whichever is lower. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

Game content displayed within the 444c platform is provided under licence from third-party game developers. All trademarks, service marks, and game names remain the property of their respective owners.

444c makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times and that all games and services operate correctly. However, 444c does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from temporary unavailability, technical faults, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444c's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount held in that player's 444c account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim. 444c shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

444c does not accept liability for:

• Losses resulting from a player's decision to place a bet or wager on any game or market.
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in the player's jurisdiction.
• Losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, your remedy is to stop using the 444c platform and close your account. Closing your account following a Terms update does not affect any obligations that arose under the previous version of the Terms.
